Miriam Treasure of the Nile Novel By Mesu Andrews I love the cover of this book what is it telling you? Look close at the cover I had to it is really a nice conversation type cover. Miriam is a prophetess to the Hebrews; she’s a seer to the Egyptians, but Miriam doesn’t feel she is either she feels she is the watcher of Israel and the messenger of El Shaddai. Miriam also interprets dreams too. So as you take a journey that Yahew leads Moses on to save God’s chosen people you will be amazed at the life the pages take on. You will meet Miriam; she is Moses sister, Eleazar’s his nephew and many more of his family. You’ll see a whole new world of the bible. Miriam loved El Shaddai and when he becomes silent and she no longer hears him nor does he give her the meanings of the dreams or even lets her know how to help her loved ones. She is worried why he is so silent towards her it is more then she can bear. Miriam is scared because she doesn’t feel El Shaddai near her and she doesn’t hear him anymore. I really loved this book. I didn’t know Miriam was Moses sister or at least I don’t remember that. This was a great read. I recommend this book highly. I received this book free from blogging for books for an honest review. I was not required to write a positive review just an honest one. The opinions I have expressed are entirely my own and no one else’s. 5 Stars ISBN 978-1-60142-601-7

Encountering Angel’s True Stories of How They Touch Our Lives Every Day By Judith Macnutt I loved the cover of this book it has an angel wings in bright gold color to me it looks like green, yellow, and orange color splashing from the wings which is very beautiful. There are nine chapters 215 pages all of different ways people of all ages encounter the beautiful spiritual angels from above. As you will read angels can come in the form of a human but leave quickly without a sound. They can come in any form that God wants to send them to help the people, children or teens here on earth. One thing I read in this book really surprised me because I never thought of it and maybe you didn’t either is that a baby in a woman womb has a guardian angel watching over them. Don’t we have the best father, he makes sure we are even protected before we are born how awesome is that? I felt so much joy as I was reading this part of the book because I now know how much our Heavenly Father truly loved us that he made sure we had the protection from our Heavenly Spiritual guardians. One of the stories was about a mother taking her child to a friend to watch and as the lady approached her friend’s home she saw a man standing watching all the children, so she told her friend about it and her friend called them into the house. Bet you thought I was going to tell you what happened nope you have to buy the book and find out yourself. I recommend this book highly. You will not be sorry if you buy this book I’ll guaranty it IF you love stories on Angels. I received this book free from Chosen. Flirtation Walks By Siri Mitchell I really like the cover of the man and woman walking in the woods. It looks like a bright warm Fall day because it looks as if the leaves are turning colors of golden brown and yellows a beautiful bright colors. Lucinda you find out is a con man’s daughter- but she so wants to leave that kind of life behind and leave where she is living and go live with her mother’s family. She may get that chance after she finds out her father pasted away. Will her mother’s family except her or will they have her leave and return to her old life? Now will she be able to start that new life and find she can do better than being a con man’s daughter? Then there is Seth Westcott-a cadet. He’s trying to change his ways and not for the better. I don’t understand why. West Point was a hard to get into to and hard to stay at the top of the class. Seth Westcott was at the top of his class and doing great. He has great friends and some that aren’t so great. Will they help him to change or will he decide to stay the same guy? Lucinda tries hard to change but can she, or will people except her and help her change to be that better person? I really felt sorry for her and kept hoping the people would help her and so it kept me turning the pages. Even though this was a hard book for me to read I really felt for Lucinda. It’s just that it wasn’t a fast pace story like I am use to, it’s still a good book but not as fast paced as I like. I may try later to get back into this book again. Pop Painting Inspiration and Techniques from the Pop Surrealism Art Phenomenon By: Camilla d’Errico I love the cover it is really different but very pretty a neat way of expressing one’s self. I love the colors of blue I think is what attracted me to this cover. The paintings are really different I have to say. I’m not a painter or even good at drawing pictures but I was hoping that this book would help me see how to also draw the picture in step by step drawings, but it didn’t. For the advanced painter this book would be wonderful. Like I said the paintings are very different but unique. These paintings will defiantly have people asking questions. I did love looking at the different paintings and even tried to draw one (didn’t do well at all) but loved looking at the paintings. I was mesmerized by all the unique paintings and the animals were just out of this world. I just really started liking this book the more I sat and went through it and I had to go back through it. My friend and her husband paints and draws pictures so they want to look at it so I will let them see it in my next Bible Life Group class. I think a person that loves the unusual paintings and drawings would just absolutely want this book for their collection. I do recommend this book highly even though I am not a painter, it is just absolutely beautiful. I received this book free from bloggingforbooks for an honest review. I was not required to write a positive review just an honest one. The opinions I have expressed are entirely my own and no one else’s. I have to give this book an 5 Stars because I just love the beautiful paintings. ISBN 987-1-60774-807-6

The Made from Scratch Life Simple Ways –to Create a – Natural Home By Melissa K. Norris I love the cover it makes you feel at home just looking at the medium blue color of the table that the honey jar lemons and the tool for the honey is sitting on. It is like taking a breath of fresh air right of the cover. Melissa talks about her town of a post office, bar and a gas station. The stop light is 40 miles from her home, that sounds like a great place for me I hate living in town. The mudslide that hit her town was devastating to say the least lives gone underneath 16 feet of mud that covered the road and valley the mountain had been sheared off. The way she talks of her family expresses a lot of love through the pages of her words. She always goes back to God our creator. I love the fact she always brings God into her pages and keeps him alive throughout this beautiful book. Melissa has all kinds of information from gardening from scratch to choosing the garden site. Melissa talks of her heirloom seeds but doesn’t say if or where you can find any something I felt she should have added if you could get an of those seeds. There are charts of plant, crop rotation, pest control. She has information on freezing, preserves. There are also a few recipes in this book. I recommend this book highly I think you will be happy you bought this book. This is a wonderful book and so much information to help you get started to a Scratch Life style. I received this book free from Harvest House for an honest review. I was not required to write a positive review just an honest one. The opinions I have expressed are entirely my own and no one else’s. 5 Stars ISBN 978-0-7369-6534-7
