THE MIDWIFE’S CHOICE A Home in Trinity #2 By: Della Parr The cover as always either catches my eye or it doesn’t. Either it tells me a story or it just lays there saying nothing at all. This book told me a story of life’s story of a time in history that has been forgotten by most especially the children of today. I loved the snowy picture and wondered how ladies truly stayed warm I those caps. A time where people had a hard life yet it was a good life. A time of along ago of how people that helped other people because of their kind hearts, money wasn’t always what most of these people cared about, they cared about each other first. This is a story of love, heartbreak, forgiveness and choice we make and most of all faith in our Lord. There are so many twists and turns it will have you turning the pages faster than ever to see what was going to happen next. Where and when was the next dilemma going to happen and to whom? Just as you figure out one problem then next one is around the barn waiting to happen and keep you wondering how it is all going to fit together like a quilt being made by the perfect quit maker. Calling all angels to help as you send up prayers to guide you out of the trouble you found yourself in. As they seem to take their sweet time as you desperately pray for them to show up yesterday not next week; some seem to be little pushy angels at that. But God always sends them in the nick of time and they don’t always do what you think they will do pushy little Cherubs. The writer did a fantastic job as you will smile at some of the way the line to the story goes, also make for a nice read. As you take a journey to church with the towns people where and Victoria is waiting to meet all her family and friends before leaving to go back to NYC, then their another couple that want to surprise the whole towns of Trinity, but the Church people have other ideas for this day. Wonder what they have planned for this day? The best part awaits after Church did I say the best part was at the church maybe the best part is at confectionery where life is as sweet as cherry pie and the sisterhood is as strong as the sweetness of the fresh fallen snow. HAPPY READING!!!!!! I recommend this book highly for a wonderful read. I received this book free from Bethany House for an honest review. I was not required to write a positive review just an honest one. The opinions I have expressed are entirely my own and no one else’s. 5 Stars ISBN 978-0-7642-1734-0
