Raymond says “you don’t have to be sick if you take responsibility for your health. He says some of our healthy foods we eat are aging us faster and he says find delicious alternatives. Wow is all the people writing books about your health on the same page or am I missing something here?
He says there could be toxins in the home and how to remove them— Also he says supplements and prescriptions drugs are wreaking havoc with your immune system (I’ve read that in other health books so they do agree on this).
There are 7 chapters in this book on different pathways. Mr. Francis says food knowledge is a break through drug of 20th century. Nutrients are where we fail to supply our body to keep it in working order. Mr. Francis says your cells have to be replaced with the new cells being better cells to stay healthy and young.
You have to eat the right food—even though you crave the wrong food will diminish after awhile—processed food is one of these to give up. What you need is fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, fish, and wild game. Medical researchers estimate that our ancestors consumed four times more nutrients then we do today. You have got to read what Mr. Francis says about sugar WOW!!!
This book really is packed full of information and a book to keep on hand. I recommend it highly. I love this book. I have a big book shelf I keep all my books that I go to a lot.
