Suzanne Somers

Suzanne  Somers  from movies star to author to a lady that wants you healthy. She has a night club act but she writes a lot of books, she wrote one for her sister when her sister was really sick and they wanted to find out what was going on with her, and how she could help her sister and help others along the way.  She has a soft heart for trying to find help for her family and along with them she wants to help everyone she can.

In the back of the book there’s Appendix for Synthetic Chemicals and Disease Risk it’s really interesting and helpful information for you to use.

She tells you about cell phones dangers information like not to carry a cell phone in your pants pocket or front pocket for that matter.  She explains a lot of different kinds of dangers throughout her book for you to watch out for.

She has enema (coffee), Bentonite  baby care, Hair care, Nontoxic house hold items. Suzanne explains about a toxic test you should ask your DR. for because most DR doesn’t do these test unless you ask for one.

Chapter 2 you might want to set down and just soak the information in or write it in a note book so it is handy or high light your book. I find that if I high light a paragraph or the part that is important to me that I want to keep and find easily is the best way to do it for me.

This book is packet full of great information and helpful hint for your all around health. I recommend it highly.

I received this book free from Blogging for book for an honest review. I was not required to write a positive review just an honest review.  The opinions I have expressed are entirely my own and no one else’s.
