I love the cover. The colors are really pretty and cover has you looking at it with awe or at least I do. I love looking at the covers first.
The time set for the story is 1851. Jessamine Berry- tries to get men to look at her but so far none. Will she ever find Mr Right or is she just a hopeless case pretty but hopeless as far as men are concerned?
Megan Phillips is Jessamine’s best friend and closest person to her that she trust. Jessamine and Megan go to London.
Jessamine at one time thought of Reese Phillips as hers, but then he changed all of that— Here Jessamine was in a drawing room in London I tell it is to draw a man — would you say that is why the room was named a drawing room because that is where girls went to get a boy interested in her if she were not married by a certain age.  Eeeks I would not like that!!!!!!!!!! Would you?
Lancelot Marfleet was there too. Although Jessamine and Lancelot got off on the wrong foot will God have different plans for them? Maybe???
Maybe just friendship is in the making instead. Maybe Lancelot is more drawn to Miss Phillips instead.
A nice romance story for a rainy day that will bring sunshine to your way!!!!!!!!!!!
What a nice story I recommend it highly, you’ll truly enjoy it!
I received this book free from Revell for an honest review. I was not required to write a postitive review just an honest one. The opinion I have expressed are entirely my own and no one else’s.
