Christmas is my favorite time of the year, I love Christmas books. I love this time of year it’s a time of year that brings hope to you. The fresh fallen snow (which I miss a great deal at this time). The Christmas songs and laughter of children are refreshing to hear.
This book has a lot of twist and turns to keep you glued to the pages so you can’t wait to turn the next page to see what mystery it holds, it will have you on the edge of your seat as you turn the page in wonder what is going to jump out at you.
It’s like climbing a mountain to see the beauty of God’s love, close your eyes and smell the freshness of a new friendship, then as quickly open your eyes to see why some people are selfish and mean.
Izzy was her grandmother’s Isabella Randolph favorite but Izzy brother Brandon was their Mother’s favorite. why is Izzy’s Fontaine mom so hard hearted toward Izzy and Brandon can do no wrong?
Isabella,  Izzy gran  passes away but she wants her funeral to be a celebration of the life she’ll live in the here after with Jesus.
When Izzy’s gran passes away Isebella leaves Izzy with Bogie her little Jack Russell terrier and A Wild Goose Chase pattern–it’s suppose to lead to a great treasure. When  the family finds out they want the treasure map too, then there is Max who say’s Isabella left him the quilt—but did she and if so why???
Who is Max Logan, a man that is the local Museum Curator, Virgil is Max’s Father but what do they have to do with Isabella? Is he a friend or does he want the quilt and if so why?
This is a journey of faith and it seems that is what Isabella wants Izzy to find. Izzy was her gran’s legacy.
This is really a great book of love and faith. You will love this book from page one. Grab it and have a wonderful Christmas story. I will reread this book again next Christmas.
I received this book from Abingdon Press for and honest review. I was not required to write a positive review just an honest one. The opinions I have expressed are entirely my own and no on else’s.
