This little book this is an easy-to-do Guide To Wellness. As you go through the pages to look at the food to help you gain better health. As we get older we need to eat better actually you should eat better when you are young then maybe you’ll stay pretty healthy.
In each chapter they start out with a scripture for example: Chapter 6 title– Begin to exercise then the scripture from the Bible, then Don takes about exercising and what you should do. First Timothy 4:8 tells us, Bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness (spiritual exercise) is profitable for all things. Then it says make a change today. Then he tells you like here in chapter 6 what the researchers discovered. Then Don says at the end of the chapters LET’S PRAY TOGETHER he say it at the end but this is very important for us to do.
You get to have fun figuring out how you want to change and you get to write it down so you remember.
Also there are foods that are healthy for you instead of what you might be eating, but if you are eating some healthy foods great your a head of the game. There are a lot of really helpful tips for us to use.
I feel you would really enjoy this little book. I feel there could have been few more recipes to help us cook healthier.
I give this book a 4 star. This little book only has 107 pages so it is a quick read really. I’d recommend this book.
